Bransford was born and raised in Nashville, TN. He attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. At the beginning of his career, he started out doing landlord and tenant representation with a focus on retail at Crest Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, TX. In December 2013, he decided to go out his own, and founded Chickering Capital, LLC where he focuses on investment sales, equity / debt placement, and note purchases. 

At the end of 2017, he moved back to Nashville, and in January 2018, he founded and launched Dyer Management, LLC with Clark Lundy to focus on residential and commercial property management in Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia. 

In 2021, Bransford decided to create Voyager Real Estate Partners, LLC with Ben Smith to focus on leasing and investment sales within the state of Tennessee. Bransford is the Principal Broker of both Dyer Management, LLC and Voyager Real Estate Partners, LLC. While Chickering Capital is in Texas, both Chickering and Voyager work hand in hand with one another. Dyer Management is actively managing property and works with Bransford's brokerage companies to assist clients in any management needs. 

Bransford is a licensed Broker in Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia.
